The apartment is very close to public transport. Zhishan MRT station is only a 5 minutes walking distance. From there you can travel to Taipei Main Station in just about 10 minutes (6 stops). MRT trains run everyday from 6:00 am to Midnight. There is one to catch every 3 minutes.
